Inside Lecong The Foshan furniture market runs five kilometers, not one hall.
The Foshan furniture market is not a building you can walk into. It sits in Shunde District, southwest of Guangzhou, and runs as a near-continuous wall of showrooms along National Highway 325 through Lecong town and on toward Longjiang, roughly five kilometers of it. Louvre Furniture Expo is the landmark at the high end. Sunlink City is the busiest general run for living, dining and bedroom sets. Tuanyi International is where office furniture concentrates. Longjiang is the production end, and it looks it: less air conditioning, fewer English signs, more of the people who actually run a line.
That distinction matters more than any mall ranking, because most of what you walk in Lecong is a trading showroom rather than a factory, and nobody volunteers which plant built the piece. The same sofa sits in four halls at four prices. What you finally pay is decided by things the ticket does not show: whether you are buying from the maker or a reseller, whether your load fills a container or rides as loose cargo, how the packing is specified, and what freight, duty and last-mile delivery cost at your end. That is the arithmetic I do with you, in Mandarin, before anyone takes a deposit.
